How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order online anytime up until the order cut-off date, (Sunday noon the week before your delivery). After the cut-off date, orders go into production, recipes are scaled and purchase orders are placed making it impossible for us to stop the production of your meals. As a result it is not possible to cancel an order after its respective order cut-off date has passed.
When I be billed?
For One-time Delivery, you are billed at the moment you place your first order.
If you choose Auto-delivery option, which is a weekly auto-delivery subscription, your first payment will be on next billing cycle, which is every Monday. You can make any changes, cancellation or hold up until the Sunday 12:00 pm Eastern time.

Can I choose what I want to eat for the week?
Our menu is delivered through a random selection. However, we are constantly rotating, changing, and adding dishes to our repertoire, and this method also allows us to keep our prices reasonable. For a sample of our menu, check our Recipes page.
What is the fat content in your food?
The only fats in our food are the healthy, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats found naturally in the whole food ingredients themselves. We use very little oil in the preparation of our meals.
How are the meals prepared? Any fried food?
No. Every meal is made from scratch, just like you would prepare in your own home, only in much larger portions.
Do you use any processed foods or artificial ingredients?
No. We believe that processed foods are playing a significant role in many health issues facing America today. We have made it our mission to only use fresh, wholesome ingredients.
Are your ingredients organic?
We use few organic ingredients as availability allows while maintaining our commitment to keeping our service affordable for regular use. Many of our staple grains and beans are procured from non GMO sources. Our other ingredients are procured from organic sources whenever possible, depending upon availability and market price fluctuations.
We believe deeply in supporting the organic movement and reclaiming our untainted agricultural heritage. As our service grows, our commitment is to continue to use only high-quality, natural, unprocessed ingredients and further increase our use of organics and eco-farmed ingredients.
Preparing the extremely wide variety of dishes that we do, some ingredients are simply not available on the market in an organic form currently, and others become cost prohibitive at times with our current price point.
How do I prepare my meals?
Here are our suggestions:
Microwave: Meals can be warmed in 2–3 minutes on a high setting. Nevertheless, we always recommend placing food in a glass or ceramic containers and covering it with a ceramic plate or unbleached paper towel instead of plastic wrap.
Stove Top: Transfer contents to a pot or pan, heat until desired temperature is reached.
Conventional Oven: Transfer meal to an oven safe dish or recipient, heat for 15 minutes at 350˚ or until desired temperature is reached.
Due to everyone’s diverse palate, we prepare our meals with limited salt and seasoning
How should I store my meals?
Upon receiving your delivery, refrigerate your meals packs as soon as possible. You can freeze the meals if you choose to, however, we always recommend eating them fresh. If you do decide to freeze any of your meals, we recommend letting them thaw in your refrigerator for 36-48 hours for best results.
As long as it is refrigerated, the food should keep for at least the days you are provided for.
